MBGP TILLING consortium

Lars Østergaard, April 2007

Aims

  1. To facilitate screening of large populations in several Brassica species by:
    • reciprocal exchange of DNA pools
    • an agreed protocol for access to seed
    • notification of when populations will be "grown out" for phenotype assessment
  2. To provide a public database of relevant populations and of identified mutations in "TILL"ed genes
  3. To exchange experience between member labs and publish protocols on website
