Lars Østergaard, April 2007
Aims
- To facilitate screening of large populations in several Brassica species by:
- reciprocal exchange of DNA pools
- an agreed protocol for access to seed
- notification of when populations will be "grown out" for phenotype assessment
- To provide a public database of relevant populations and of identified mutations in "TILL"ed genes
- To exchange experience between member labs and publish protocols on website
